Working Student – Project Management (Internship)

About the role

As a Working Student in the Project Management team at Sabik Offshore, you will support day‑to‑day operations and contribute to cross‑departmental improvement projects. This position offers a hands‑on experience in the offshore wind and lighting systems industry while you continue your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily business tasks such as document management, creation of training materials, and preparation/visualisation of key figures.
• Independently handle smaller projects, including process‑improvement initiatives like error‑collection cards.
• Collaborate on quality‑assurance activities, especially test‑equipment management.
• Convert technical test instructions into user‑friendly formats for production use.
• Conduct GAP analyses for EcoVadis sustainability assessments.
• Take on defined work packages for the preparation of the sustainability report.

Required profile

• Enrolled student in industrial engineering, project management, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in offshore wind farms, lighting and safety technology, and project management.
• Willingness to learn new topics, take responsibility and work independently.
• Good organisational skills and a structured way of working.
• Team‑player attitude with initiative and a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts, task‑tracking software).
