About the role

As a Working Student in the Medical Office, you will support the planning, coordination and documentation of clinical studies while contributing to technical progress and strategic medical projects at a leading health‑technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Support clinical and medical project management and influence Philips’ med‑tech product development.
• Help develop new solutions for common project‑management challenges.
• Contribute to process improvements by adopting new tools and methodologies.
• Analyze project metrics and identify trends to enable data‑informed decisions.
• Research current trends, industry best practices and competitive landscapes to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Currently studying Business, Communication Studies, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communicator, proactive and structured in your work approach.
• Motivated to explore new technical tools and have first experience using AI tools.
• Proficient with MS 365; experience with project‑management tools is beneficial.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
