Workspace & Culture Manager (28-40h/week)

About the role

We are looking for a Workspace & Culture Manager to own and nurture our Munich/Planegg office while connecting our teams in Germany and the Czech Republic. You will ensure the workplace runs smoothly, supports our people initiatives and contributes to a vibrant, collaborative culture that fuels our food‑tech mission.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Planegg site (≈50 workstations) – vendor relations, supplies, seating plans and spatial layout.
• Design and deliver cross‑location cultural initiatives, including major events (e.g., Summer Party) and interactive formats such as Focus Days.
• Coordinate company rituals – Townhalls, All‑Hands, OKR update meetings – to keep the organization aligned.
• Support the People team with onboarding logistics, employee merchandise, and preparatory accounting for benefits.
• Bridge IT and process automation by handling hardware assets for new hires and introducing digital tools to reduce manual admin work.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience independently managing office space, operations or supporting HR functions, preferably in a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up.
• Proven ability to act as a cultural bridge between teams in different countries, tailoring engagement initiatives to each location.
• Strong organisational mindset combined with creativity to design events for 50+ participants while maintaining immaculate processes.
• Cost‑conscious decision‑making with a focus on scalable, strategic solutions.
