About the role

We are looking for a founding Account Manager to define and build our post‑sale customer success and account management motion from the ground up. You will shape the customer journey from onboarding through expansion and renewal, working closely with innovative go‑to‑market teams in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute the post‑sale customer journey, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic customers as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive net revenue retention by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Lead renewal conversations with commercial confidence and manage churn risk.
  • Collaborate with enablement and product teams to maximize adoption and value.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, feeding insights back into product and strategy.
  • Build and execute quarterly account plans to exceed retention and expansion targets.
  • Contribute to a strong cross‑functional, customer‑centric culture.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar post‑sale commercial roles in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
  • Demonstrated success in driving renewals, retention, and revenue expansion within enterprise accounts.
  • Commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic account plans.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex ideas and lead value‑based conversations.
  • Highly proactive, self‑driven mindset thriving in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
  • Curiosity and passion for understanding customer needs and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, builder‑type roles where processes are evolving.
