Account Manager – Retail

About the role

Wolt is expanding its retail portfolio across Germany and is looking for a Retail Account Manager to own and grow relationships with key retail partners. You will act as the main point of contact, helping partners succeed on Wolt’s platform while driving mutual business results.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall partner relationship and drive growth through data‑driven consultation.
• Identify high‑potential partners and invest in strategic initiatives to increase their performance.
• Collaborate with partners to improve operational processes and boost sales.
• Monitor key metrics, provide actionable insights, and ensure partners meet agreed targets.
• Work closely with internal teams to onboard new retailers and support ongoing platform enhancements.

• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a self‑starter attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment with frequent change.
