Agent Manager / AI Tooling Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Agent Manager who will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that automate real business workflows across operations, marketing, and sales. You will turn ideas into working solutions quickly, monitor them in production, and continuously improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents that automate end‑to‑end workflows for lead generation, outbound sales, customer onboarding, content production and internal processes.
• Craft and optimise prompts, agent architectures and multi‑step pipelines to maximise LLM output.
• Rapidly prototype tools and assets using code and low‑code platforms, delivering MVPs in hours.
• Integrate agents with CRM, marketing platforms, ops systems and data sources to create seamless pipelines.
• Monitor, debug and iterate on agents in production, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI tools, frameworks and best practices, and introduce them to the team.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations stakeholders to identify high‑impact use cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents that solve real operational, marketing or sales problems.
• Strong understanding of business processes in operations, marketing and sales.
• Self‑driven, curious and comfortable working in a fast‑changing AI landscape.
• Excellent communication skills to translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions.

• Python programming
• LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Agent frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI
• No‑/low‑code automation tools (n8n, Make, Cursor, Bolt, Replit Agent)
