AI Avatar Designer (Part‑time / Work‑Student, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative AI Avatar Designer to join our remote team on a part‑time or work‑student basis. You will shape interactive, AI‑driven characters that can be used across AR/VR, gaming and other digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design compelling AI‑powered avatar characters.
• Create 2D and 3D asset models and animations using tools such as Blender or Maya.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers and other stakeholders to integrate avatars into real‑time pipelines.
• Optimise assets for performance and rendering efficiency.
• Test, iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and project goals.

Required profile

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience in character design, 2D/3D modelling and animation.
• Proficiency with AI‑driven design tools and a solid understanding of machine‑learning fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross‑functional environment.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to iterate based on feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Graphics, Animation or a related field is preferred.
