AI Test Management & Automation Internship

About the role

Join Bosch Digital as an intern to help build and scale an AI‑based testing system. You will extend an existing proof of concept, develop full‑stack features, and integrate AI agents and workflows to improve test management and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end UI and API components for the testing platform.
• Integrate Large Language Models and Generative AI into test automation workflows.
• Identify and implement enhancements to increase functionality and scalability of the proof of concept.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the organization.
• Participate in the rollout of the AI‑driven solution.

Required profile

• Advanced studies in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related quantitative field with good grades.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Basic exposure to DevOps practices such as Git and unit testing.
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation techniques.
• Experience with fine‑tuning, evaluating, or deploying foundation models.
• Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and motivation to work in interdisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English and beginner‑level German.
