Air Export Operator – Frankfurt

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Air Export Operator to join our Frankfurt branch of a leading global freight forwarder. The role involves managing the full export cycle for air shipments, ensuring compliance and smooth communication with customers and partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process export documentation for air freight shipments.
• Coordinate customs clearance procedures in Germany.
• Handle customer and agent billing, including letters of credit and invoice verification.
• Maintain regular communication with customers, agents, and internal offices globally.
• Support end‑to‑end freight operations from booking to delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, specifically air export, within Germany.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and export documentation.
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
