Android Developer for Mobile Banking App

About the role

DKB Code Factory is looking for an Android Developer to help shape the next generation of mobile banking solutions for small and mid‑size businesses. You will work with modern Android technologies in an agile, collaborative environment, delivering user‑centric features that scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve a modular, scalable Android architecture using MVVM, Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Coroutines.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend and QA teams to refine requirements and deliver high‑quality user flows.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and documentation to ensure smooth development processes.
• Integrate prioritized user flows with backend APIs and drive code quality through automated tests and code reviews.
• Participate in iterative product cycles driven by user feedback and analytics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of native Android development experience with Kotlin and Java.
• Strong knowledge of Jetpack Compose and Android architecture components.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD and automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso).
• Understanding of Material Design guidelines and Google Play Store deployment.
• Agile/Scrum experience in cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
