Associate Field Applications Engineer (French Speaker) – New Graduate

About the role

Monolithic Power Systems is seeking a recent electrical engineering graduate to join its MPS NOW team as an Associate Field Applications Engineer. The role focuses on supporting mass‑market customers in Europe, with an initial assignment in Ettenheim, Germany, and a long‑term emphasis on the French market.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical liaison for customers, assisting with design and application of MPS power semiconductor products.
• Evaluate customer requirements, prepare technical proposals, and ensure alignment with system specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues related to analog power management circuits.
• Represent MPS at seminars, conferences, and customer meetings to promote solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned Field Sales Engineer to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• New graduate or less than two years of experience in the electronics industry.
• Hands‑on experience with analog power‑management electronics on PCB.
• Strong understanding of schematics, PCB layouts, and laboratory equipment for analog circuit analysis.
• Native French speaker with advanced English proficiency; conversational German is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
