Automotive Technician – Mercedes‑Benz (Bromley)

About the role

We are seeking an Automotive Technician to work on Mercedes‑Benz vehicles at our Bromley service centre. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining and repairing cars to the brand’s high standards while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform thorough diagnostics to identify vehicle issues.
• Carry out maintenance and repair work in line with Mercedes‑Benz specifications.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations after each assessment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Keep up‑to‑date with the latest automotive technologies and systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Mercedes‑Benz.
• Advanced knowledge of automotive systems and first‑time repair.
• Relevant automotive technician qualifications (minimum Level 3 in light vehicle maintenance).
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
