BoP Civil Site Supervisor – Wind Turbine Concrete Towers

About the role

As a BoP Civil Site Supervisor you will lead civil works for concrete towers used in wind turbines, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. The position is based in Germany and follows a rotation system that combines on‑site periods with rest weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, reporting progress to the BoP Manager and other stakeholders.
• Track schedules continuously, adjust plans and prevent delays to guarantee timely project completion.
• Enforce safety regulations and building codes through regular inspections and hazard identification.
• Verify that all construction activities comply with approved plans, permits and applicable standards.
• Implement and supervise the Quality Control Plan, including verification of completed work and required testing.
• Review construction procedures, resource requirements and ensure they meet design specifications and international standards.
• Act as technical advisor during foundation assembly, applying defined quality procedures and stop points.
• Identify and resolve construction issues, manage corrective actions and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and stakeholders to align expectations.

Required profile

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in civil construction, preferably in wind‑energy projects, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of quality‑control procedures and local/international regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding and motivating teams.
• Fluency in German and English (minimum B2–C1) – written and spoken.
• Valid German driver’s licence and residence in Germany (relocation support provided).
