About the role

Biocytogen is a fast‑growing biotech company seeking a Business Development Manager to drive product and service growth across immuno‑oncology, animal model gene engineering, and pre‑clinical pharmacology. You will combine scientific insight with commercial acumen to expand the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Master the scientific and business aspects of the company’s core technologies.
• Identify and engage prospective customers, explore new business opportunities, and manage negotiations to secure contracts.
• Represent Biocytogen at trade shows, conferences, and relevant industry events.
• Support the Marketing Team in branding initiatives and building market awareness.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a bioscience discipline.
• Strong interest in advancing biopharmaceutical science and business.
• Enjoy networking with top scientists and industry professionals.
• Proven track record of revenue generation is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and vendor shows.
