Business Travel Consultant – Berlin (Hybrid)

About the role

As a Business Travel Consultant at Navan, you will be the front‑line support for travelers, helping them focus on being present rather than on the logistics of getting there. Working in a hybrid model from Berlin, you will collaborate with internal teams to remove barriers and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist travelers via chat, phone and email, providing accurate hotel, flight, car and rail information.
• Maintain deep knowledge of suppliers, destinations and Navan’s platform.
• Analyze customer needs quickly, prioritize urgency, and respond within SLA expectations.
• Support users in self‑service using the Navan app and web platform.
• Follow travel, expense and global compliance policies.
• Provide regular feedback to product, design and engineering teams.
• Participate in team meetings to stay updated on product launches, supplier changes and industry trends.
• Meet individual performance metrics and adhere to attendance and training requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing corporate and leisure travel bookings.
• 3+ years advanced experience with Sabre or Amadeus GDS (ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD/MCO handling, PNR management).
• Experience with ARC and BSP market supplier content and booking practices.
• Strong knowledge of complex itineraries, fare construction, corporate negotiated fares and related calculations.
• Understanding of travel industry regulations and worldwide compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
