Business Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Travel Consultant to join our Berlin team. Reporting to the Operations Team Manager, you will work hybrid, three days a week in the office, providing expert travel advice and support to corporate clients, primarily in the finance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service and consult clients on optimal travel solutions.
• Handle reservations for air, hotel, rail, car and other travel requests.
• Manage emergency actions and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with client travel policies and meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Maintain effective relationships with colleagues across offices.
• Perform high‑standard internal and external administration.
• Undertake additional reasonable duties as assigned by managers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Travel Consultant, preferably within the finance sector.
• Proven experience with GDS systems; Sabre preferred.
• Experience using Freshdesk.
• Familiarity with the global travel market.
• Ability to advise, educate and make independent decisions.
