Chief Operating Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to lead end‑to‑end business operations across multiple functions in a fast‑paced, marketing‑driven environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a strategic partner, driving the execution of the company’s vision, growth strategy, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across IT, marketing, sales, HR, and finance to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to define strategic direction, set performance objectives, and execute growth initiatives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and business plans that improve productivity, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
• Monitor business performance through KPIs, data analysis, and reporting, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead talent development, performance management, and capability building to strengthen leadership depth.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships, including clients, vendors, and strategic partners, to support expansion and continuity.
• Drive business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and contribute to partnership and expansion strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior management or operational leadership experience, preferably in marketing, advertising, or digital businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to scale operations in fast‑growing organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance or related field; Master’s degree highly preferred.
• Excellent strategic planning, business development, and organizational leadership capabilities.
