About the role
As a Commercial Enablement & Training Specialist at Malt, you will drive the development of our global commercial teams. You will design, deliver and continuously improve learning experiences that boost both technical and soft skills, ensuring the sales organisation stays the most skilled in the freelance ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive learning experiences tailored to commercial teams.
- Analyse learner needs, identify skill gaps and create targeted instructional materials.
- Facilitate training sessions for sales and account‑management functions.
- Collaborate with Onboarding PM to ensure seamless transition from hiring to professional development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and iterate content for maximum retention.
- Build and maintain a repository of repeatable training assets.
- Own the Commercial Intake & Triage process via a centralized JIRA portal.
- Manage logistics for the Commercial Training Calendar, including scheduling and invitations.
- Produce the bi‑weekly "Commercial Brief" newsletter and maintain related Slack/Notion updates.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 + years experience in Sales Enablement, with prior direct sales experience (AE, SDR, or Account Management).
- Fluent English for training delivery and content creation.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales roles.
