Construction Manager – Clean Room (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead clean‑room construction projects within a semiconductor fab environment in Leipzig. This 12‑month contract role involves overseeing all aspects of clean‑room build‑out for a high‑tech facilities provider.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end clean‑room construction in a semiconductor fab.
• Oversee architectural, mechanical, electrical, and process‑piping works.
• Ensure compliance with ISO clean‑room standards (ISO 3–8) and fab contamination‑control protocols.
• Coordinate with tool owners, hook‑up engineers, and facilities teams.
• Align construction schedules with tool‑installation and production ramp‑up milestones.

Required profile

• Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor clean‑room or advanced manufacturing construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple contractors in fast‑paced environments.
