Content Manager – Central Europe (Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Manager to lead content strategy and production for our Central European markets, based in Düsseldorf. You will work across multiple brands in a fast‑growing, international FMCG‑like environment, translating brand strategy into compelling multi‑channel assets.

Key responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy and media plans into clear content strategies and asset plans.
• Define creative concepts, write briefs and guide execution across paid social, digital and eCommerce channels.
• Own end‑to‑end content production, managing timelines, budgets and quality with internal teams and external agencies.
• Collaborate with brand, media, eCommerce and local market teams to ensure performance and alignment.
• Act as the creative partner for Central European markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
• Improve processes and ways of working to increase efficiency and scalability of content creation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German.
• Proven experience in content, campaign or creative roles within FMCG, healthcare, beauty or similar fast‑paced environments.
• Strong ability to turn strategy into high‑impact content outputs.
• Hands‑on experience developing creative concepts, briefs and multi‑channel content.
• Good understanding of paid social, digital and eCommerce content ecosystems.
• Experience managing production with internal teams and external agencies.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Confident stakeholder management across international and cross‑functional teams.
