Content Manager & Copywriter

Join a fast‑growing health‑tech company that powers an AI‑driven wellness platform used by millions worldwide. As a Content Manager & Copywriter you will own the day‑to‑day creation, editing, and quality assurance of in‑app copy for nutrition, fitness, and sustainable lifestyle experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, and optimize high‑converting product copy that drives engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Perform detailed content QA across mobile‑app assets, guides, and user flows to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Identify and fix content issues such as formatting errors, unclear instructions, or missing UI elements before release.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to investigate user friction points and translate insights into structured content improvements.
• Manage daily content operations independently, prioritising tasks and delivering updates across multiple workflows.
• Execute content updates within CMS or internal systems, ensuring accurate implementation across the app environment.
• Maintain ongoing content consistency with brand tone, UX principles, and performance objectives.
• Support continuous improvement of content processes through proactive feedback and optimisation suggestions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in UX writing, copywriting, content management, or content QA for digital or mobile products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑converting, user‑focused copy across digital interfaces.
• Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and UX issues.
• Native‑level English proficiency (C1 or higher) with strong editing and content creation capabilities.
• Degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Experience with CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with internal product tools and technical workflows.
• Ability to interpret basic product data or user experience insights to prioritise content improvements.
