Contracts Attorney (US Law) – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

Mindrift is seeking US‑qualified attorneys to join short‑term, project‑based AI training assignments. As a Contracts Attorney‑AI Trainer you will help improve the performance of advanced language models by designing challenging prompts and assessing the quality of AI‑generated legal reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Generate prompts that test the limits of AI understanding of contract law.
• Evaluate AI‑generated solutions for correctness, logical consistency, and adherence to legal principles.
• Refine AI reasoning to align with first‑principles and accepted legal standards.
• Apply structured scoring criteria to multi‑step problem‑solving tasks.

Required profile

• Law degree (JD, LLM, FLLM or equivalent) within the US legal system.
• Minimum 2 years of practice in US jurisdiction.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
