Copywriter

About the role

We are seeking a creative and versatile Copywriter to shape brand communication across internal and external channels. The role is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence brand perception on an international scale.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for internal communications such as announcements, newsletters, and employee‑focused materials.
• Write and edit external assets including articles, press releases, social media posts, speaker briefs, and employer‑branding content.
• Develop copy for career pages, job descriptions, and culture‑related materials to support talent attraction.
• Collaborate with teams to devise communication strategies, creative concepts, and branding campaigns.
• Produce slogans, naming concepts, and brand messaging in English and Ukrainian.
• Write scripts and storytelling content for video projects.
• Adapt, localize, edit, and translate content for diverse audiences and channels.
• Monitor industry trends and conduct research to inform content creation.

Required profile

• Excellent writing and editing abilities with adaptable tone of voice.
• Professional‑level English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, or related communication roles.
• Strong creativity, storytelling skill, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration within remote, cross‑functional teams.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset for research‑driven content.
• Interest or willingness to quickly learn affiliate marketing and digital industry topics.
