Customer Service Representative – Fleet Customer (German) – Fixed-term

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Service Representative to support our fleet customers on a two‑year fixed‑term basis. You will act as the main point of contact for a defined customer base, handling inquiries, order processing and issue resolution across our extensive network of branches.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with new and existing customers using our ERP system and define processing guidelines for branches.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, sales staff and approximately 1,200 retail locations.
• Answer and manage incoming telephone inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Process invoice complaints, issue credit notes and clarify account matters.
• Continuously optimise customer settings within the Order‑to‑Cash workflow.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support the team.

Required profile

• Commercial training with several years of experience in a trading organisation, or a degree in economics (preferred).
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication and solution‑focused abilities.
• High commitment, resilience during peak seasons, and ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Excellent German (C1) and good English language skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with CRM applications.
