Data Analyst – Finance Focus

About the role

Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a senior Data Analyst with a strong finance focus to build robust data solutions for its Data & AI initiatives. You will develop and optimise data pipelines and architectures that enable transformative insights for digital healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks for company‑wide analytical needs, including financial forecasting, cost control and profitability analysis.
• Build and maintain Power BI Cloud dashboards that display operational and financial KPIs in real time.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling and Business Operations to align analytics with strategic objectives.
• Perform deep financial and operational data analysis, track trends, identify deviations and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Translate complex data sets into clear narratives for financial stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or Analytics Consultant, preferably in finance, controlling or FP&A environments.
• Proven ability to work with large data sets and deliver insights that support decision‑making.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Power BI Cloud and financial data modeling.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks.
• Strong SQL programming skills.
• Python for data manipulation and analysis.
