Founders Associate – High‑Ownership Role in AI Logistics

About the role

Zauber is building autonomous AI agents to transform global logistics. As a Founders Associate you will work side‑by‑side with the founders, tackling the most impactful problems across the business and gaining ownership of critical workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run cross‑functional projects spanning finance, operations, compliance, and people.
• Design, build, and maintain internal systems, tooling, and automations that enable rapid scaling.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruiting efforts and support onboarding of new team members.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives and help deliver AI agents to enterprise customers.
• Take on ad‑hoc challenges such as board preparation, vendor management, and other high‑visibility tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a generalist, operating, consulting, or founding role with a desire for greater responsibility.
• Comfortable solving diverse problems in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to switch between strategic thinking and detailed execution within the same day.
• Strong curiosity about startups, AI, and building category‑defining companies.
• Aspiration to create meaningful impact and potentially launch your own venture in the future.

Required skills

• 2+ years of experience in generalist, operating, consulting, or founding roles, preferably in early‑stage or high‑agency settings.
• Technical background or strong intuition for AI, software, and automation, with the ability to develop internal tooling.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency.
• Self‑directed ownership of outcomes without close supervision.
