About the role

Join Praxipal as we reshape the healthcare workforce with our AI receptionist Luna. As the Founding Growth Lead you will design and operate the growth engine that fuels expansion across new medical specialties and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own lead generation and maintain a reliable inbound pipeline.
• Test, monitor and iterate growth initiatives across multiple channels in close collaboration with sales, customer success and product teams.
• Build a measurable, scalable funnel with clear reporting via dashboards and revenue forecasts.
• Select and manage top‑tier agencies or freelancers to accelerate growth execution.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in growth, marketing or business development with a focus on lead generation.
• Deep understanding of positioning, messaging and demand generation.
• Ability to test, monitor and iterate quickly across initiatives.
• Creative mindset combined with data‑driven execution.
• Passion for AI‑driven growth and fluency in German and English at a professional level.
