About the role
Everience is seeking a freelance technician to provide on‑site IT support at its Colognes location. You will deliver both first‑line (Level 1) and second‑line (Level 2) assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of the client’s technology environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end‑users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, systems, and tools.
- Log incidents and manage tickets using ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve service quality.
Required profile
- Proven experience in both Level 1 and Level 2 IT support roles.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to work independently on‑site and adapt to company‑specific tools.
Required skills
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) administration.
- ServiceNow ticket and incident management.
