Front of House Assistant (Nights, Part-time)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, professional Front of House Assistant to join our on‑property hotel team on the Berlin Eastside Gallery. Working nights on a part‑time basis, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with authenticity and personalize the check‑in/out process using the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
• Handle reservations, room allocations, billing, payments and guest requests accurately.
• Provide local recommendations, curated lifestyle tips and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Support lobby hosting duties, maintain presentation, and assist with events or activations.
• Deliver high‑quality service in breakfast, bar, coffee, and grab‑&‑go areas, preparing drinks and light food to brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures.
• Ensure public areas remain inviting, on‑brand and support team members across multiple functions.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Positive, energetic and adaptable personality.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in guest‑facing situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS).
