General Manager – Retail Store

About the role

Moose Knuckles is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its Berlin store. You will be responsible for driving sales, shaping the customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence while embodying the brand’s inclusive and bold culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain the highest customer service standards, delivering a unique brand experience.
• Oversee store merchandising, visual presentation, inventory, and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and security standards.
• Manage payroll and controllable expenses efficiently.
• Hire, train, motivate, and develop associates, key holders, and assistant managers.
• Promote a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace aligned with Moose Knuckles values.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of retail management experience as a Store or General Manager.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused, sales‑driven, and comfortable with high‑volume luxury brands.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret performance data.
• Professional, proactive attitude and capacity to work under pressure.
• Passion for the Moose Knuckles brand and its philosophy.
