German Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Social Media & Community Manager to lead our brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok in the German market. You will shape content strategy, engage mom and family communities, and turn data insights into actionable growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish daily content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, aligning themes with German parenting culture and brand positioning.
• Coordinate copywriting, image production and short‑video creation to ensure language and visual relevance for German users.
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR) and continuously optimise content direction.
• Manage German‑language mom/family communities, designing topics, guiding interactions and collecting feedback.
• Collaborate with influencers, KOLs and partners for UGC, reposts and campaign content.
• Produce weekly operation reports covering content performance, community growth, user insights and optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Media, Social Sciences or related fields.
• Native or near‑native German proficiency (C1+) and strong English working skills.
• 2–5 years of social media or community management experience, preferably in the German market.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok content mechanisms and basic data analysis.
• Interest in German parenting culture, midwifery systems and mom communities.
