Graphic & Product Designer Internship (Unpaid)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic & Product Designer to join our early-stage pet-nutrition startup. The internship is unpaid and designed to give you real-world experience building a brand from the ground up while you continue your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging, labels and product visuals that stand out on shelves and online.
• Create brand-aligned graphics for campaigns, social media and marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Contribute creative ideas for product innovation and visual storytelling.
• Make sure all designs are user-friendly, engaging and impactful.

Required profile

• Motivated student eager to gain start-up experience.
• Hands-on mentality, initiative and drive.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Pet lover with a passion for sustainable pet nutrition.
• Based in Berlin is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience with packaging or product design (preferred).
• Understanding of print production processes.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and versatility.
