Guest Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Guest Room Attendant to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Lebanon. In this role you will ensure that guest rooms are cleaned and serviced to the highest standards, contributing to a comfortable and memorable stay for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to franchise and hotel standards, prioritising by category.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments, including deep‑cleaning and seasonal tasks as scheduled.
• Restock and return housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies and uphold confidentiality and security of guest rooms.
• Observe all house, safety, and security procedures, including proper chemical handling.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include weekends, holidays and varied shifts.

Required profile

• At least one year of cleaning experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management and co‑workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with local attractions and activities is advantageous.
