Head of International Service

About the role

We are looking for an experienced leader to head the International Service division of a leading provider of energy‑efficient cooling and heating solutions. This senior position will shape the strategic direction of the service business across multiple markets, ensuring reliable temperature‑control solutions for data centres, hospitals, production facilities and office buildings.

Key responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for the International Service division.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 staff members, providing operational and disciplinary guidance.
• Design and implement the international service structure, managing service and channel partners.
• Optimize processes, resource planning and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Coordinate closely with sales and project teams, supporting quotations and customer care.
• Build and expand the international service network, including partner training, certification and acquisition.

Required profile

• Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Several years of leadership experience with full commercial responsibility, preferably in a service or branch‑management environment.
• Strong ability to motivate and develop teams, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
