Head of Programs & Adoption

About the role

The Head of Programs & Adoption leads the Programs & Adoption pillar within the Global Sales Excellence organization. Reporting to the VP of Sales Excellence & Operations, this senior leader shapes and drives global commercial programs, ensuring they are executed consistently and adopted across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end portfolio of global commercial programs, from strategy definition through execution, adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Define a long‑term vision and multi‑year roadmap for program delivery and adoption.
• Translate corporate strategy into a prioritized, sequenced set of initiatives and guide executive leadership on trade‑offs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on sequencing, dependencies and next‑step decisions.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary global team responsible for program execution and adoption.
• Establish operating rhythms, governance structures and adoption mechanisms that enable scalable, predictable commercial execution worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading global commercial or transformation programs at a senior level.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated people‑management skills, capable of building and motivating high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to partner with senior executives.
