Head of Quality – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality to own the entire quality function within our fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will shape quality strategy, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site Quality Management System (QMS).
• Promote a quality‑first culture and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage internal and external audits, CAPAs, customer quality issues, and supplier performance.
• Partner with production and engineering teams to improve efficiencies and reduce defects.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing quality team.

Required profile

• Proven senior quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QMS, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands‑on leader with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
