HR Services Administrator – English & German Speaking (Apprenticeship)

About the role

Join Alkegen as an HR Services Administrator supporting English and German speaking employees. This apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle while you work toward a CIPD qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Issue contracts, manage variations and coordinate pre‑employment checks.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including role, pay, and transfer changes.
• Assist employees and managers with Workday navigation, self‑service tasks, and user access requests.
• Log and manage HR enquiries in the case‑management system and provide basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain HR templates, policies, and documentation within HR systems.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, offering guidance on policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German.
• Motivated to develop a long‑term HR career through an apprenticeship.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Interest in learning HR best practices and systems.

Required skills

• Workday HR system navigation.
