Human Resources Generalist – EMEA

About the role

Join Mouser Electronics' Munich HR team as a Human Resources Generalist supporting the EMEA region. You will act as a trusted partner to managers, balancing employee needs with business objectives while handling a wide range of HR activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build effective business partnerships by understanding departmental goals and challenges.
• Develop and recommend HR solutions that align employee needs with company objectives.
• Coordinate talent acquisition activities, including strategy, advertising, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding support.
• Handle operational HR tasks such as payroll support, contract issuance, and day‑to‑day employee requests.
• Manage complex employee relations and performance issues.
• Assist local and corporate HR leadership with project administration and policy implementation.
• Process new hires, terminations and changes accurately and timely.
• Maintain HR systems, conduct audits for compliance, and keep records in line with legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Structured, independent, reliable work style with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Experience working with diverse nationalities and cultures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
