Intermediate Data Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for an Intermediate Data Engineer with a strong software engineering mindset and a passion for building scalable, high‑quality data platforms. You’ll work on impactful solutions that turn complex data into value, enhance user experiences, and drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Help build our next‑generation data platform using a modern technology stack that enables new products and analytics capabilities.
• Design, build, and own end‑to‑end data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver high‑quality data products for internal analytics and customer‑facing features.
• Build, operate, and continuously improve the core data platform—including databases, clusters, streaming infrastructure, and other services—focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Enhance engineering practices by improving CI/CD pipelines, automating workflows, adopting modern developer tooling, and leveraging LLMs to boost developer productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
• Strong collaborative mindset, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and driving them to completion.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
