Intern, Inside Sales (French speaker)

About the role

Join TeamViewer’s Inside Sales team as a French‑speaking intern and support both customers and internal teams. You will help manage leads, create offers, and ensure smooth communication between French‑speaking clients and our sales and support departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist French‑speaking customers and internal parties with inquiries.
• Support the back‑office team by forwarding opportunities and leads to the sales team.
• Create and manage sales offers and quotations.
• Track sales activities in Excel spreadsheets.
• Answer written inquiries via email and provide product information.
• Assist in translating whitepapers and flyers.
• Collaborate closely with the customer care and enterprise teams.

Required profile

• Enrolled student in Business Administration or a related field.
• Internship must be a compulsory part of studies and last at least 6 months.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages (German, Portuguese) are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Windows® proficiency or willingness to learn.
• Excel spreadsheet management.
