About the role
ARIAN GmbH, a leading European manufacturer of POS solutions and visual brand communication, is expanding its international footprint. We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to develop new markets, acquire clients, and grow long‑term business relationships across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition in the retail and brand sectors on an international scale.
- Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
- Collaborate with Operations and Technical teams to ensure feasibility, accurate costing, and smooth project handover.
- Support Marketing with positioning, presentations, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Negotiate commercial terms to meet profitability targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven track record in international B2B sales, preferably in print, POS, retail or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Technical understanding of production processes and materials.
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability.
- Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
- High willingness to travel internationally.
