Investor Relations - Regulatory Officer

About the role

The Investor Relations Regulatory Officer will support ARCHIMED’s Investor Relations team by ensuring that all investor communications comply with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Acting as a bridge between Investor Relations and the internal legal department, this role will manage legal research, document drafting, and regulatory monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research on investor‑relations compliance topics.
• Draft, review, and revise contractual agreements, investor documentation, and legal disclosures.
• Organise and maintain a comprehensive database of legal documents, contracts, and regulatory filings.
• Support the structuring and implementation of new investment vehicles under the supervision of IR and legal teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise the Investor Relations team on potential impacts.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks affecting investor communications.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal disclosures.
• Ability to work closely with both Investor Relations and legal professionals.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
