IT Helpdesk Consultant – Level 1 Support

About the role

We are looking for a Level 1 IT Helpdesk Consultant to provide first‑line support to employees, ensuring that IT systems, devices, and services run smoothly. You will resolve common technical issues quickly and collaborate with specialist teams for more complex problems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for computers, software, printers, phones and other peripherals.
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops and printers.
• Assist end‑users on‑site, delivering fast and courteous service.
• Support Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Use ServiceNow to log, track and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Stage and deploy iPhones and other mobile devices.
• Deliver advanced Zoom support for hybrid meetings.
• Work with internal IT experts to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven IT support experience in a large, international corporate environment.
• Hands‑on user support, including in‑person assistance.
• Experience with hardware lifecycle management and data‑center operations (network, unified communications, telecom).
• Practical knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow incident and request management.
• Experience staging and deploying iPhones and other mobile devices.
• Advanced understanding of Zoom and hybrid work setups.
• Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications systems.

Required skills

• ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Cisco networking technologies.
• Windows 10.
• SCCM and Intune for device management.
• Office printing solutions.
• Apple Device Enrollment Program.
• Audio‑visual infrastructure and services.
