IT Working Student – Technical Support (Berlin)

About the role

SoundCloud is looking for an IT Working Student to join its Global IT Team in Berlin. You will provide hands‑on technical support to employees, handling tickets, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth, productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, analyse and resolve incoming IT support requests.
• Collaborate with the IT team to deliver complete solutions and follow‑up with users.
• Maintain documentation of common issues and resolutions.
• Assist with hardware and software setup for Mac OSX and Windows devices.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a computer‑science‑related degree at a German university.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
• Enjoys working with people and solving technical problems.
• Self‑starter who can take responsibility and learn quickly.

Required skills

• Experience with Mac OSX.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Basic programming knowledge (bonus).
