Junior Commercial Lawyer

About the role

Join Colt’s Commercial Legal team and work at the heart of the business, supporting deals across the DACH and Eastern Europe region. As a Junior Commercial Lawyer you will provide high‑quality legal advice, draft and negotiate contracts, and help manage commercial risk for both customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice on customer and supplier matters, ensuring compliance with Colt’s policies.
• Provide transactional support for sales and supply agreements, from small to large deals.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Support RFPs, public tenders and pre‑litigation dispute resolution.
• Identify and manage legal risk to protect company assets.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, external counsel, customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• Law degree, preferably from a German‑speaking university.
• 1‑2 years post‑qualification experience, ideally in an international company or commercial law firm.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong organisational abilities.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Commercially minded, able to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Eager to learn, grow and contribute in an international environment.
