Junior Marketing Assistant (Part-time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated junior marketing assistant to support our team in the gastronomy sector. This part-time position is ideal for students studying business, marketing or related fields who are passionate about food and coffee.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation, execution and follow-up of assortment changes and promotions.
• Maintain and update product data, recipes and assortment information.
• Assist in creating newsletters, information sheets and in-store marketing materials such as planograms and price tags.
• Document and track marketing campaigns.
• Participate in day-to-day operational and organisational tasks.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Food Management or a related study programme.
• Strong interest in food, coffee and international gastronomy concepts.
• Structured and meticulous approach to tasks.
• Availability for at least six months, 16-20 hours per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MS Office).
