Junior Operations Manager – France

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Operations Manager to support our French market. You will work closely with the Country Manager to ensure that our e‑commerce platform runs smoothly and that our global strategy is adapted for French‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Country Manager in localising content and marketing campaigns for France.
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service and marketing teams to align cross‑functional initiatives.
• Translate sales campaigns, newsletters, push notifications and fashion content from English to French.
• Monitor competitors, track campaigns, collaborations and communication strategies.
• Perform quality assurance testing on the app, desktop and mobile shops.
• Manage daily operations of the French shop and monitor key performance indicators.
• Conduct market analyses and contribute to business development ideas.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development, project management, customer service or logistics is a plus.
• Native‑level French (written and spoken) and fluent English; basic German is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.
