Junior Sales – Field Account Executive (Switzerland)

About the role
As a Field Account Executive you will drive the acquisition of high‑value fitness, wellness and lifestyle partners for the ClassPass platform across the Swiss market. You will work on the ground, building strong relationships with studios, spas and other experience providers to expand our network.
Key responsibilities
- Engage directly with prospective partners to grow the ClassPass venue portfolio.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for new venue sign‑ups.
- Prioritise in‑person outreach through drop‑ins, meetings and local events.
- Identify and attend networking opportunities to strengthen regional connections.
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce.
- Prepare and deliver pitch decks and higher‑level readouts to prospects.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of fast‑paced B2B sales experience, using both field and inside‑sales tactics.
- Proven track record of over‑performing on monthly quotas and OKRs.
- Familiarity with, or professional connections in, the local fitness and wellness industry is a plus.
- Based in Germany with willingness to travel throughout the broader Swiss region.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience using Salesloft.
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
