Lean Agile Coach – Product & Engineering (Remote‑First)

About the role

Join the European Payments Initiative to drive a systemic transformation of payment services across Europe. As a Lean Agile Coach you will enable sustainable agility, flow and continuous improvement for roughly 14 cross‑functional teams (about 120 people) working in a fully remote, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach ~14 product and engineering teams on pragmatic Agile adoption, ensuring consistent ways of working while preserving team autonomy.
• Design and evolve a flight‑levels architecture that links strategy, portfolio priorities and team execution, facilitating delivery planning and dependency management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by breaking down silos, establishing transparent feedback loops and effective remote collaboration norms.
• Provide 1:1 coaching to product managers, engineers and leaders to build psychological safety and healthy team dynamics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive systemic change across multiple value streams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset for remote‑first teams.
