Legal Advisor & Labor Relations Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

Elektrobit is seeking a Legal Advisor & Labor Relations Manager to support its HR and management teams across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on employment law, collective labor relations, and works council collaboration within a dynamic automotive software environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct court hearings related to employment law matters.
• Provide legal support for HR projects, management, and supervisors on labor law issues.
• Handle collective labor law matters and work closely with HR to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Negotiate and draft works agreements in cooperation with the works council.
• Establish and maintain legally compliant processes with the works council and relevant committees.
• Monitor changes in employment law and works council practice, advising on policy adjustments.
• Support training for HR and management on works council relations and legal updates.

Required profile

• Degree in law with at least a state examination or comparable qualification, preferably with additional HR or employment law certifications.
• Several years of professional experience in German labor law, including work with works councils, ideally in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Strong negotiation and mediation abilities with a proven track record of reaching agreements.
• Team‑player mindset with a process‑oriented and structured way of working.
• Fluency in German and a strong command of English.
